Welcome to the “Official” website of Mandalore the Uniter!

Some of you are probably asking yourself why I have a separate website outside of the MMCC website.  This is a very good question, and I’ll attempt to answer it in this first blog post.

“Mandalore the Uniter” is a brand, and one that I personally have cultivated alongside the MMCC brand over the past decade.  A big part of my job as the CEO of MMCC is to raise awareness for MMCC’s mission, fund-raise, and be the spokes person for all that good work we do.  On top of all that is my desire to bring Mandalorian fans together, and teach them how to build their own costumes.

Secondly, my job in MMCC means I have to travel to meet with and recruit new members.  While MMCC does cover a good portion of that expense, I still cover some of it “out of pocket”.  My goal with this website is to raise the necessary funds to be able to more adequately carry on that part of the mission without it relying solely on corporate funds.

Lastly, I like to show off what I do and where I go.  It’s a great way to get people interested in MMCC, and also let them know what I’m doing and where I’m going.

Anyhow, that’s all I have for this first post.  I’ll try to post a blog update as often as possible.
